Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated young professional, preferably female, to join our team as an HR/CRM Manager. The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Recruitment
- Payroll Management
- Time Management
- Implementation of Company SOPs
- Facilitating Employee Refresher Training
- Conducting Employee Appraisals
- Resolving Customer Complaints
- Managing Customer Claims
