Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Manager at Multiways Marketing – Digital Marketing Consultants, located in Lahore but with flexibility for some remote work. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations, and oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Experience managing the full employee life cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Experience in performance management and employee relations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus
- Experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency is a plus
