Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with a focus on HR. Degree must be completed.
- Must have three years of experience in the relevant field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Manage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary actions.
- Implement HR policies in compliance with laws and best practices.
- Drive employee engagement and diversity initiatives.
