The company is authorized to distribute Tier 1 international Solar module manufacturers, including Longi Solar, Canadian Solar, Jinko Solar, and ZnShine Solar, throughout Pakistan. Royal Solar specializes in On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Solar systems, having completed numerous residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial projects on a turnkey basis.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site HR Manager role for Royal Solar Energy Pvt Ltd in Multan. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions such as recruitment, retention, compensation strategies, and employee relations. The role involves managing and tracking employee performance, conducting employee training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also manage payrolls, employee benefits, and performance appraisal systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR management and recruitment and selection processes
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and manage employee relations
• Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
• One year experience mandatory
