Job Description
Company Description: Security Organizing System Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is a rapidly growing security services provider in Pakistan. Established in 1994, the company has offices and branches throughout Pakistan, including the principal registered office in Multan.
Role Description: We are currently seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR management. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruitment, job analysis, compensation and benefits, compliance with labor laws, employee relations, training and development. This role also requires maintaining accurate employee records and payroll, and developing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in recruitment and selection, job analysis, performance management, and employee relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Salary: 100,00/-
Experience: Minimum 3 Years in the same field
