Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Manager (Technical Recruiter) to join our team at Novus Tech. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-notch technical talent for our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for technical roles.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verifications for selected candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter and HR Manager in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with technical skills and terminology in the IT industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and other HR tools.

Location: Bahria town phase 7 (Rawalpindi)

Job Type: Full-time

Timings: 10 am – 6 pm
