Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts
- Recruit and onboard new hires
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback
- Manage payroll and employee benefits
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives related to workforce planning and development
- Support employee training and development programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant experience of 4+ years in HR management
- Strong recruiting skills with the ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Proven expertise in training managers and employees

Timings: 12:00-8:00 PM
