Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Swabi. The responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager include overseeing the hiring process, conducting interviews, managing employee relations, developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, administrating benefits and compensation packages, and managing employee development and career growth opportunities within the company.
Qualifications
- Experience in human resources management, specifically in recruitment and selection, employee relations, and employment law and regulations
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or SCP, or HRCI’s PHR or SPHR is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Foster strong connections with the team, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
- Analyze market demand and salary trends for strategic compensation planning.
- Manage company events, including activities, parties, and bonuses.
- Facilitate salary discussions and seek necessary approvals.
- Oversee the office environment, ensuring the availability of essential items such as groceries, medicines, and stationery.
- Maintain and update attendance records while enforcing discipline.
- Handle the payroll process efficiently.
- Generate invoices and manage HR operations seamlessly.
- Facilitate resource allocation, identifying team members’ availability.
