Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies.
Create and publish job ads, network with potential hires.
Implement effective onboarding plan, support HR initiatives.
Design company policies, develop compensation and benefits plans.
Support recruitment process, report on hiring plans.

Skills & Experience:

Five years of HR experience with an MBA in HR specialization.
Knowledge of HR functions, proficient in MS Office & Outlook.
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving skills.
Ethical, reliable, with strong decision-making abilities.
