Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at TITLIS Pharma. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
