This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. This role is based in Lahore.
Qualifications:
- Recruitment, Onboarding, and Performance Management skills
- Employee Relations and Policy Development skills
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in digital media or tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
