Tribe Consulting Pvt Ltd is a dynamic and growing BPO with offices in Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore. We are now seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our Karachi office. Our team thrives on collaboration and innovation, and we are looking for a professional who shares our passion for excellence.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires. Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
- Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
- Oversee recruitment processes, especially for international campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws.
- Manage HR operations across our multiple sites.
- Lead large teams and achieve set targets.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgment.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in HR.
- Exceptional proficiency in English.
- Extensive experience in recruitment, particularly for international campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Pakistan’s labor laws.
- Ability to work evenings and nights.
