Job Description
Xclusive Trading Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Manager/Head for its back office “Robust Support & Solutions” in Houston, overseeing 300+ retail stores.
Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Handle management-employee relations and grievances
- Lead recruitment and selection processes
- Create a positive work environment and manage performance appraisals
- Identify and address training needs
- Provide HR metrics for decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
- 8-10 years HR experience in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in ATS and HR software
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6 | Night Shift: 8PM-5AM, Mon-Sat
