The role involves close collaboration with the leadership team and department heads to ensure policy compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in recruitment, interviews, performance management, and employee relations
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus
