Job Description
Salary Range: 50K – 55K with company’s perks & benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in executing recruitment plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Handling initial candidate inquiries, sending follow-up emails, and providing updates on their application status.
- Reviewing and sorting resumes to identify potential candidates for further consideration.
- Updating and managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Assisting in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Additional work given by the Head of the Department.
- Looking after the reception area in the absence of a receptionist.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Location: Park Towers, Clifton, Karachi.
