Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at Liberty Books Pvt Ltd. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and creating job descriptions.
Qualifications:
- HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in Employee Relations and Job Description Development
- Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
