Qualifications
- HR Management, Employee Relations, and HR skills
- Experience in HR operations and policy creation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Independence and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the field and certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are advantageous.
