Sharif Trust is a philanthropic organization founded by Late Mian Mohammad Sharif to establish and sponsor welfare projects for the underprivileged class of Pakistan. The organization is managed by a Board of Trustees and chaired by the Honorable Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif. Sharif Trust runs several healthcare academic and clinical institutes and centers, including Sharif Medical City (SMC) in Lahore, Pakistan.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at Sharif Medical City in Lahore. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, job description development, and other HR-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR management, HR policies, and Human Resources (HR)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop job descriptions and manage employee relations
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certification in HR would be beneficial
