We are looking for a skilled HR Executive/Officer at Sky Rocket to manage recruitment, talent development, and policy management. If you have HR experience and a passion for this field, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Recruitment & Selection process.
- Facilitate offer process and negotiate terms.
- Organize training programs for employees.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- 1-1.5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- BBA/MBA/MPA in HR or related field.
Shift: Afternoon (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, 5 days a week).
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
Salary: Market Competitive.
