Job Description for HR Officer:
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Performance Management Training and Development: Identify training needs and help organize and facilitate training and development programs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, both electronically and in hardcopy.
- HR Software and Tools: Utilize HR software and tools for HR functions such as payroll, timekeeping, and performance management.
- Compensation: Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or MBA.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
