Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job vacancies, and managing the hiring process.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plan.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans.
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
Skills & Experience:
- Two years of experience in HR mainly in recruitment and selection.
- BBA/MBA with Specialization in HR.
- Knowledge of HR functions especially recruitment.
- Proficient in MS Office & Outlook.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making attitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
