Job Description
TM Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a committed HR Officer to join our HR team, providing essential support with a variety of administrative tasks.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating employee databases.
- Collecting payroll data, as well as information related to leave and absences.
- Overseeing talent acquisition processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and posting job advertisements.
- Responding to employee inquiries and disseminating company policies.
This position offers invaluable experience in HR processes, allowing you to gain a holistic understanding of HR functions.
Requirements: A BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
