Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment by posting job openings and conducting final interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Assist in the development & implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1.5 years of HR experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Passion for promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
