Job Description

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for overseeing the human resources department and ensuring effective management of all human resources activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified employees
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Handling employee relations and resolving conflicts
  • Conducting training and development programs
  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
