Job Description
Zencloud Technologies is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive/Officer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This position involves overseeing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with relevant company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
- Support the performance management process.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and organize training initiatives.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of HR policies, and excellent communication skills.
