Role Description
ZETA Pharmaceuticals in Lahore is looking for a full-time on-site Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for supporting all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience with recruitment and selection processes
- Working knowledge of HR regulations, policies, and compliance
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
