Job Description
Ibex, for one of its global clients, is seeking a Human Resources Operations Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in auditing and maintaining employee files.
- Handle disability claims and related paperwork.
- File unemployment claims and respond to inquiries from agencies.
- Complete verification of employment forms.
- Manage payroll tax notices and coordinate with ADP for resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Comfortable working in EST time zone.
- Excellent English communication skills.
