Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Positions at Wellness Business System Karachi located in Karachi Division. The Human Resources Positions will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with human resources management, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in human resources or a related field
- Knowledge of human resources best practices and current regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
