Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Also involves employer branding and enhancing the candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience
- Strong interviewing skills
- Knowledge of employer branding and positive candidate experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
Candidates should demonstrate a successful recruiting track record and comfortable working with all management levels.
