Location: Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi
About Us: Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO (NOT a call center) located in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. We are seeking an experienced individual for the position of ‘HR/People & Culture Specialist’ with excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create an engaging workplace culture for employees
- Facilitate employee connections and development opportunities
- Guide on onboarding, performance management, retention, talent development, and more
- Propose ideas to enhance the employee experience
- Assist in onboarding and collaborate with Recruitment
- Perform HRIS tasks and maintain employee files
- Handle any assigned tasks and interact with employees
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience
- HRIS and HR-related software experience
- BBA in HRM, Psychology, or Master’s degree preferred
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively across all organizational levels
