Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, personnel management, employee benefits, and HR management. The Human Resources Specialist will also be responsible for handling everyday employee relations, such as performance management, training and development, talent acquisition, and benefits management.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) policies and management
- Knowledge of personnel management and employee benefits
- Familiarity with benefits, compensation, and payroll administration
- Experience with HR data management and record keeping
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and hiring practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate under pressure and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Professional HR certification (such as PHR or SHRM-CP) is preferred, but not required
