Job Description
Job Summary: LINRCO Pakistan is seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. This role involves performance management, KPI setting, and developing a Performance Management System. Responsibilities include aligning KPIs with departmental goals, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing a Performance Management System.
- Set Goals & KPIs for employees according to guidelines.
- Align individual KPIs with department objectives.
- Conduct performance analysis and prepare reports for review.
- Coordinate with the Audit team for compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in performance management preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Location: Wah Cantonment, Punjab, Pakistan.
