Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at our Peshawar location. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing personnel, administering employee benefits, and overseeing all HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Resources management and implementing HR policies
- Proficiency in personnel management and administration of employee benefits
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification in HR Management is a plus
- Experience in the IT industry would be an advantage
