Role Description:
This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Islamabad. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day functions of the HR department, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The Human Resources Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, conducting compliance audits, and assisting with HR-related projects.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Human Resources (HR) Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies development
- Experience in Employee Benefits management
- Knowledge of Personnel Management and record keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and HR compliance frameworks is a plus.
