Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment processes.
- Onboard new employees and ensure smooth integration.
- Maintain recruitment database and employee records.
- Handle conflict resolution and promote positive work environment.
- Support performance management and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
- Identify training needs and organize training programs.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
