Job Description

Location: Banglow #B4, Block 1, Opposite White Houses, Scheme #33, Karachi
Job Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for night shift positions
- Conduct interviews and onboard new employees
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management on HR strategies supporting business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven HR experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule
- HR certification is a plus
