Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Megaverse Technologies. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing human resources policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other related tasks. Other day-to-day tasks associated with this role include overseeing employee relations issues, creating and implementing HR initiatives, and coordinating performance reviews. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
- Experience in overseeing employee relations issues
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Additional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
