Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Specialist to manage various HR functions at PlomX Tech.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in documentations and file management
- Accurate data management in spreadsheets and reports
- Keeping records and reports updated
- Assisting in budget planning
- Organizing meetings and events
- Handling technical issues
- Performing clerical duties
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Team management abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- HR admin experience is a plus
