Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management tasks.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) executive Management and HR Policies knowledge
- Experience in managing employee benefits
- Personnel Management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Min 2-3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
