Qualifications:
- HR Management, HR Policies, and Personnel Management expertise
- Experience in creating and implementing HR programs
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
