Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced HR professional with a strong background in finance and proficiency in QuickBooks to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and manage ATS.
- Onboard new hires and manage employee relations.
Finance Expertise:
- Process payroll with QuickBooks, maintain benefits records.
- Assist with budgeting, generate reports, and stay updated on HR laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2-3 years HR experience.
- Strong HR principles understanding, excellent communication skills.
