Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources and HR policies
- Experience in HR management
- Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Timing: Mon-Fri (8 am-5 pm) and Sat (8 am-2 pm)
Job Shift: Morning Shift
Salary Range: 40k – 60k basic
