Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern role located in Lahore. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for daily HR tasks including HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will collaborate with the HR team to develop efficient processes and create new workforce initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Human Resources (HR) domain
- Experience in HR policies and management
- Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a software company
