Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Humanitarian Resilience Coordinator based in Islamabad, Pakistan. As the Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and implementing initiatives aimed at building resilience in communities affected by humanitarian crises.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to enhance the capacity of local organizations in disaster risk reduction and emergency response. You will also work closely with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and collaboration in resilience-building efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least five years of experience in humanitarian and resilience programming. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and fast-paced environment.
