Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Plant Incharge responsible for operation & maintenance of Electrical and Absorption Chillers, AHUs, Split AC’s, cooling towers, and associated Equipment. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing technicians, conducting maintenance, troubleshooting, inventory management, and customer coordination. Qualifications: 8-10 years of HVAC experience, DAE/B.Tech in HVAC, leadership skills, technical knowledge, BMS System knowledge, excellent communication, organizational abilities, and proficiency in HVAC system management.
