Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Plant Incharge who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of various HVAC equipment. This role involves leading a team, conducting inspections, managing inventory, and ensuring system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise HVAC technicians
- Plan and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance
- Inspect HVAC systems regularly
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Oversee inventory management
- Prepare reports and coordinate with customers
- Train staff on troubleshooting and safety
- Ensure safety at work
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of HVAC experience
- Diploma of Associate Engineering/B.Tech in HVAC
- Proven leadership skills
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of BMS System
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HVAC system management
