Job Description
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for supervising the maintenance of all HV/AC equipment including chillers, FCU, AHU, cooling towers, chilled water pumps, and split air conditioners.
- Monitor, supervise, and resolve all complaints related to HV/AC.
- Perform all scheduled preventative and maintenance tasks.
- Repair and maintain refrigerators, FCU, chillers, and AHU.
- Ensure proper maintenance of cooling towers, motors, water pumps, and seals.
- Service butterfly valves appropriately.
- Monitor all AC and HVAC technicians and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
