Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
Essential:
- BSc in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Information Systems (Fresh Graduates can also apply).
Desirable:
- BS in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Information Systems with minimum 01 year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Managing E-Office, Email, and Wi-Fi accounts, resolving access and setup issues.
- Systems and Network Support: Troubleshooting and resolving user issues related to system and network connectivity.
- Infrastructure Support: Assisting in maintaining ICT infrastructure and resolving hardware/network issues.
- Issue Tracking: Logging, tracking, and resolving ICT service tickets, escalating complex issues as needed.
- User Support: Providing guidance and basic training on ICT tools and systems.
- Collaboration: Coordinating with departments to resolve ICT issues and keep users informed.
- System Monitoring: Monitoring ICT systems and reporting potential issues proactively.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
