Job Description
Aptitude Migration is looking for a meticulous and knowledgeable Immigration Officer. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Australian immigration law and visa subclasses. Responsibilities include managing visa applications, providing client advisement, and ensuring adherence to Department of Home Affairs (DHA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert immigration advice pertaining to Australian laws.
- Oversee the entire visa application process, from preparation to follow-up.
- Remain informed about changes in immigration law.
- Guide clients on various visa subclasses.
- Collaborate with legal professionals as needed.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of immigration experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail are required.
