Our aim is to ensure a smooth and easy visa application process for our clients, while providing excellent customer service. Our services include visa requirements, application procedures, document preparation and submission, application tracking, and support with appeals and revisions.

Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Immigration Services Officer based in Karāchi. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing visa applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, conducting interviews, making decisions on visa applications, and providing assistance to clients throughout the process. Maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and liaising with government agencies are also part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in immigration law, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of visa application requirements and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, or a related field
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
